What is Tao?

Tao means in Chinese path, road, channel.  In the context of East Asian philosophy Tao or Dao is the natural way of Universe. Intuition is an important substance of wisdom. Spontaneous insights and sudden inspiration have helped humanity to find new understandings for example in the field of science or create new art. Women are naturally aligned with the natural way of Universe and with intuition. The whole Universe goes through cycles .  Each planet is "cycling" around the Sun and has it's own rhythm  and length of cycle. Planet Earth it takes 365 days, 6 hours and 9 minutes to orbit around the Sun to reach the one year cycle. The Ceremony lasts 100 minutes and includes:

• Meditation
• Full body oil massage
• Tea ceremony

Tao of Tea

Cha Tao (the way of appreciating tea), the Tao of Tea is the most perfected state of tea appreciation and cultivates the Shen. Shen is roughly translated  the "spirit" or "presence" of the person. In Traditional Chinese  Medicine it's recognised as "the light in the eyes" associated with consciousness and the desire to live life. 

Tea ceremony supports mindfulness and reflexion. It fosters an atmosphere of harmony, peace and gratitude.

Massage improves blood circulation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep and immune function.
